Reflections for Patrol Officer Sean Allen Collier
RIP Brother. You will be missed.
Trooper Gable
New Jersey State Police

Officer Collier: You have been taken from us all too early. I know that God has accepted you into his charge, and us Canadian Police Officers, and first responders, are all praying for you, and especially your whole family. May God reach down, comfort them in this very trying time, and help them get past the pain, as they know you will always be a hero in not only their hearts, but the whole law enforcement family, be it American, Canadian or other nations. RIP my brother, your shift is finished.
Police Officers: We are all a special breed. When those who need our assistance run from the threat, we run head long towards it, without due regard to our own safety, without thoughts of harm or worse. Officer Collier did what he was trained to do. Immediately respond to assist someone in need. His brave actions, although fatal, brought numerous other officers to the scene, to which resulted directly in the pursuit of two Boston Marathon Bombers. One down and the other on the loose. I hope and pray that all Law Enforcement personel, and First Responders are protected and kept from harm. For the officer that was wounded. I pray that you have a speedy recovery without serious complications. To my brothers and sisters working on finding the second suspect, remember, we here in Canada have your back, and God is also with you to protect you. Be safe.

I join in your sorrow, for I too lost a brother in Law Enforcement several years ago while searching for a murder suspect.
