As I look at this picture of you, I see eyes of a gentle man who in times of trouble could step away from the gentleness and become a warrior. Except on this day, you did not have time to react to such a gutless and cowardly act. I see the eyes of a man who has seen so much pain and suffering and sorrow over the last 40 years of your career. I also see the eyes of a man who has cared for and helped so many people. I feel so bad that you will no longer be able to enjoy the things of this world that made you happy, but I know that you will be much happier where you are now.
