Master Trooper Walker, I thank God for you and your dedication in a career where we are not always respected the way we should be. I am 58. I just last year graduated with about 20 others in the 18th Chesterfield County Senior Citizens Police Academy held at the Hicks Rd. address by Corporal Tim Lamb.
My uncle was a Capt. A.C. Roberts on the Atlanta, GA Police force. My father was a U.S.M.C. Lance Corporal. I served 2 years voluntary in the Civil Air Patrol from '77-'79 Southside Sqdn.
We had thousands who served in the military all the way back to the Seven Years war.

I didn't know Master Trooper Walker but he reminded me of my Uncle Roberts by his demeanor and actions.

I want to convey my utmost condolences to the Va. State Patrol and especially to his family and many friends. Such a tragic loss.

investigation and wise judgement.

Make us the terror of burglars, the friend of children and
law-abiding citizens, kind to strangers, polite to bores,
strict with law-breakers and impervious to temptations.
