John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Billy we miss you brother! You were taken way to early my friend. Billy was a dedicated servant of the law and a great friend. Billy lived with me and family for a short time and was like an uncle to my children who still remember him as a loving friend. Billy its hard for me to type this sitting next to Kim but always know you are not forgotten my brother, thank you for being the friend you were to us. Rest well my friend, we have the watch and I know you are riding shotgun with me!

I worked with Tpr. Dyer many a shift. He was a giving and helpful Trooper. He was also an awesome person. He died doing what he loved and lived. You will always be remembered Bill!!!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the second anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
