I mourn every time that I hear of a Law Enforcement Officer being killed; however, as a retired sex crimes Detective, these murders touch me a little deeper. I know that God has a special place in Heaven for all of my brother and sister officers who have been killed while protecting the innocent and serving their fellow man. Rest in Peace Officers, you've done your job well and you will be missed more than you imagine. I will pray for both of you.
