Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

Michael, its so difficult to not hurt when you hear the news of not just one of your own Troopers, but of one of your academy classmate's life ending in such a tragic way. We knew that there would be tough days ahead but we tried not to think of days like this. May almighty God now provide you a mansion in a place of nothing but peace and happiness. I will pray for your wife and daughter as they endure this and I know our Lord will be with them to help them find comfort in the days ahead and I will rejoice in the fact that someday they will acompany you again. I have laid down my life in service to all of you.
I have been a part of the fabric that has held the line between your safety and your victimization. I have given my life so that others may live in peace. I have lived my life as a dedicated member of the greatest profession. There is no greater honor.
