Your heroism and service is honored today, the 49th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

At the beginning of every shift I supervise, myself and the other officers on shift dedicate the day to the memory of a fallen officer.
Tonight, April 13, 2005 we dedicated the shift to the memory of Officer George Lee Brady who died in the line of duty on this date forty two years ago.
When one law enforcement officer falls, we all stumble for a while, but we will carry on.
Officer Brady's sacrifice will never be forgotten.
