Jimmie Norman was one of the good guys. He began working for BPD as a dispatcher, and I spent many nights going where he told me to go. His death is an absolute tragedy, one that affects so many of us, even those of us who left BPD for other agencies.
May he always be remembered for the good man he was. God's grace and peace to my former department and Jimmie's family.
R. I. P. Jimmie.
