For Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne:
The military law-officer who patrols the coast-line encounters all the risks of anyone who enforces the law, and added are the unusual situations such as being on the water a distance from shore. We regret that our brother Terrell would be the next law-officer to forfeit his life preventing drug import to our country. We admire the courage of those who promptly apprehended Terrell's killer(s). May justice prevail.
We pray for Terrell's family, friends, coworkers and all those who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.
We are proud to render Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne, a soldier-of-the-law, a final salute.

Chief Petty Officer Horne and your family!!!
God saw you getting tired and recovery of your wounds was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered “come to me.” Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best,
May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, May the Lord hold you in the palm of His hand I Serenity is not the absence of troubles.... but the presence of our savior JESUS CHRIST..
