Officer Lopez was an enthusiastic and able learner. He always came to the range with the right attitude. I know he was a capable and efficient E.S.U officer. I think of him as the type of Public -Servant that people want in their communities, Helpful, Compassionate and Kind.

I didnt know Officer Lopez personally, but as a member of my Police Dept he surely was my brother and friend. PO Lopez left us much too early and at the hands of a true monster. PO Lopez will never be forgotten by this Department nor the ultimate sacrifice he made.

I have no words to say what is really happening to our country today! They need to leave these scumbags in prison to do their full time sentences and not let them out until they finish that sentence! No out on good behavior ! We need better judges!

Your family only had you for 29 years. We only had you for 8. But you left your mark. We are all better for having known you, and we are so much poorer for having lost you. We are filled with pride when we think of all you accomplished in so short a time. We are filled with sorrow when we think of how many more great things you still had to do. Most of all, we miss you.

I never had the opportunity to meet you, talk with you, or see that beautiful smile of yours in person although we were all on the same job (NCPD, 5th Pct). However one year ago today you entered into my heart in a way that will NEVER be replaced. I love you brother Arthur Lopez. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you. Tears fall as I even write this message. I know you are resting in peace. You are NOT forgotten and will never be! We all love you and thank you for being so awesome! You are LOVED, HONORED, and MISSED dearly!

My heart still is broken for the lost of a great good person and hero on Earth. However, he is in Heaven next to GOD watching and protecting his family and friends and his blue fellow officers that each day they sacrify their life to protect us from bad, evil and harm as they fight crime each day. You are the best of best. Thanks for your service and dedication.
God Bless the Lopez Family and all the good people and you brave police officers.
