i was a class student with Frank at St. Martha's grade school. while living in California i was informed of Frank's shooting and resulting paralysis. indeed he was a good student and liked by his classmates. of course, frank would look out for the well-being of others and choose to be kind, helpful, good to all.
am certain God has/is/will be with him always.
