God watches out for his children and you were a child of the lord Stell. I enjoyed the time we worked together on D-key. You would always do anything for anybody and didn't complain when you were asked to do something. You were a great man, friend, and Godly man. We at Telfair State Prison know you will be watching over us from upstairs and protecting us. You'll always have our backs. 10-42 Officer Larry Stell K.I.A. 10-11-12 @ TSP

I went to college with Larry. He was a great friend. I was very shocked to hear of his death. He would never hurt anyone, and it is so hard to believe that he's gone. It is a great comfort to know that he is now walking the streets of gold with his Savior. RIP Larry!
