Reflections for Railroad Detective R. Littleton Sale
Railroad Police agencies seem to be slowly becoming a thing of the past, which is a travesty. For all of those who still serve to protect one of the main things that made America what it is today, and for all who preceded them, we, as a nation, owe our thanks.
Detective Sale, on this 79th anniversary of your death, I say THANK YOU. You are a hero.
God Bless you and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

I am privileged to be among the first to pay tribute to you.
Your heroism and service is honored today, the 76th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. You will always be remembered and revered.
Rest In Peace
