My heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and fellow officers of Officer Fox. My heart is heavy today as it is everyday that a brother or sister is lost. This especially hits close to home as Officer Fox was a close friend to someone I serve with on our QRT. Northing I can say will ease your pain but please know that none of you are alone. We are thinking about you every minute. K-9 forever.

It's so hard to know what to say at times like this. Words somehow seem so inadequate and ineffectual considering what his family, friends and brothers in blue must be going through. Although I have never met Officer Fox, I feel like we were True Blue Brothers, in the corps and in the Police field. I pray for his family and friends to remember all the good he has done in his life and for the strength to get through the loss of their loved one. The type of person it takes to be a Marine and a police officer is the type God keeps close to him to guard the gates of heaven. Semper Fi my fallen brother
