After leaving a reflection for you, I felt compelled to learn more about you and in reading recent news article, I was stunned and saddened to learn that your wife of 50 years died a few days after you were murdered. How awful this must have been for your other family members. I suspect that your mutual love and affection meant that you two had to be together in heaven. God bless you both and your family.

A final salute to a courageous military veteran and lifelong police officer. To lose a brother officer in this way was a true tragedy. The gutless coward who did this despicable deed should get the ultimate punishment. God keep you in his care brother and we here at the LAPD salute you for a lifetime of service to the country and your community. God bless your family and your fellow officers.
