As a former member of the WVSP I had the honor and privilege of working with Marshall during my years in Braxton County. Marshall was a great man and a dedicated Trooper. The men and women who serve within the entire West Virginia Law Enforcement community are among the finest in the world. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. No one really understands the stress the family goes through during an officer's tour of duty not to mention in a situation where an officer goes down.
