Family, Friends & Fellow Officers Remember...

Today was a sad day in Law Enforcement. As someone of us went about our normal shift during the same hours as you so bravely placed your life in danger for service to this country, never did we think a tragedy would happen. As the news travelled about your passing many agents pondered and reflected upon the sacrifices you made. It hurts to think that you have left a wife and children but I know they will be proud of the husband, father, and Border Patrol Agent that you were. We will continue to fight the fight on the line and know that your service and sacrifice will not go in vain.

There are no words that can help you make any sense of this. After the death of my son, I slept with my Bible on my chest for the longest time. God knows what you are going through, He understands, He loves you and will help you.Feel the love. Since the day of my son's death, I have fallen to my knees first thing every morning and prayed for every law enforcement officer and their family. I have lifted you and your family to God every morning for 17 months. Feel those prayers. God is with you, feel His presence. He knows and will ease your pain.
