Well Done, Master Police Officer Jeremiah Goodson.

You did not turn away from danger. You called for back-up and responded, not with recklessness, but with courage. A courage borne of experience and training - but also a courage that gave you the strength to act so that this suspect could be taken into custody. Every day that the badge is picked up, we know that we could be called upon to act in circumstances that could result in our death, so that others may live.

Fairfax County (Virginia) Police
