Having know Officer Maples briefly, he remained a brother in law enforcement. He was a dedicated officer who served bravely along side the many officers in this county and city. We are all thankful to be a part of this brotherhood with Officer Maples. May his memory serve to remind us not of the tragedy, but of the determination and bravery involved in this line of work.
