Budrow,
I am coming into the realization that you were on a final watch at Mountain View and you got some time you needed to rest but you could not rest instead it was decided for your new watch to be your family and Kelly. We miss you down here until our hearts break and it is a unreal nightmare for us but for you it was your new assignment and a joyful get togther with ones long gone. So you do your new assignment like I know you will but you enjoying visiting your family and doing all the things you love but most of all you praise our savior with you slow mountain drawl and "shoot yeah's."
Love, sis-shorty, mom, dad, Emily, Sarah and Kelly

His Judgment Day:
The officer stood and faced his God, Which must always come to pass. He hoped his shoes were shinning, Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, Officer, How shall I deal with you? Have you always turned the other cheek To my church have you been true?"
The officer squared his shoulder and said, "No, Lord, I guess I aint, Because those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays, And at times my talk was rough, And sometimes I've been violent Because the streets are tough.
But I never took a penny That wasn't mine to keep.. Though I worked a lot of overtime, when the bills got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help Though at times I shook with fear. And sometimes, God forgive me, I've wept an unmanly tear.
I know I don't deserve a place among the people here. They never wanted me around except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here, Lord, it needn't be so grand. I never expected or had too much, But if you don't...I'll understand.
There was silence all around the throne, where the saints often trod. As the officer waited quietly for the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, Officer. You've borne your burdens well. Come walk a beat on heaven's streets, You've done your time in hell"

You performed a thankless career. A career that most could not perform. You had to be prepared to deal with the worst of the worst of humans every time you walked thru those doors. Your time here on earth was short, but your legacy will forever remain in our hearts and minds. God bless you and your family. Your watch is over, CO Wright! Rest in Peace.

We could not be prouder of our fallen HERO even before this happen but now our hearts hurt with sadness and our bodies are filled with such pride that it helps comfort us with to know he was loved by so many and they were proud of him as well as us. He loved God and know he is standing with him looking over us down below being our guardian angel for us and all who serve. May God keep all who serve safe and thank you all for such kind words.
