As a retired Officer From New Jersey State Prison, Trenton in 2005, I honor your memory as a fellow co-laborer in service. I count it a privilege and honor to have read and heard of Officer Walsh bravery and dedication to keep our community and environment safer because of his hard work and service from those who have paved the way before me.

I am privileged to be the first to leave a reflection for you. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 88th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service to my home state and the birthplace of my son. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered
