When are we going to decide enough is enough?
Nearly every cop killer has a long criminal record and yet keeps getting probation, time served or allowed to plead out to lesser charges.I only hope the next person he guns down is the judge or defense attorney that continues to allow these animals back on the streets.

You were my secretary for many years when I worked in the Warrants Bureau for Miami-Dade PD. You were the best secretary anyone could ask for. I had the pleasure of meeting your sons, who were very young at that time. You will be sorely missed. Thank you for your sacrifice and may God bless your family during this difficult time.

Deputy Pill's tragic death was so senseless! It's difficult to know what to say at a time like this. I didn't know her personally, but I have a sister who just celebrated her 25th year as a deputy and I have a son who is just starting his career with the Brevard County Sheriff's house. Deputy Pill's memory will live on in our hearts forever. She was not only a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, but a brave and courageous Deputy who gave her life to serve and protect us. May she rest in peace and may her family find peace in knowing that other's are grieving with them and how many lives she touched as a Friend and as a Deputy. There is a new Sheriff in heaven to watch over us. Thank you Deputy Pill for all your unselfish deeds and all you did while here on earth. You are an angel. Rest in Peace sweet angel.

"The Final Inspection"
The policeman stood and faced his God,
Which must always come to pass.
He hoped his shoes were shining.
Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, policeman.
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My church have you been true?"
The policeman squared his shoulders and said, "No, Lord, I guess I ain't, Because those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays,
and at times my talk was rough,
and sometimes I've been violent,
Because the streets are awfully tough.
But I never took a penny,
That wasn't mine to keep....
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help,
Though at times I shook with fear.
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here,
Lord, It needn't be so grand.
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't.....I'll understand.
There was silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod.
As the policeman waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, policeman,
You've borne your burdens well.
Come walk a beat on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in hell."

Standing at attention in their class “A“ uniforms, badges gleaming and shoes like glass, are your brothers and sisters of Law Enforcement. All of whom have previously paid the ultimate price.
Today, like many others, they welcome you to this wonderful place. As you march down the Avenue of the Fallen, all eyes focus on you as if to say its ok you’re with your eternal partners. A salute is followed and a tear can be seen on so many faces.
Welcome, you served well.
Now come join us in the ranks, another is coming home.
