Reflections for Trooper Tony Vian Radulescu
May he rest in peace. May his family find comfort in knowing that he died in the line of duty. He will be honored and mourned, not only by the men and women with whom he served, but by hundreds of thousands of us. It is those who wear the blue who enable us to sleep peacefully at night, and let my little granddaughters play safely on their street. We stand in silent respect for every one of you.

Thank you for your service to the State of Washington and the United States of America. The Washington State Patrol has a way of getting the best people I have ever met to wear their uniform. Although I never met Trooper Radulescu, I feel like I knew him because all of the WSP Troopers all seem to be cut from the same amazing cloth. Rest in peace brother you will be missed and never forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with your loved ones.

Tony served with honor as my Soldier with the 2122nd Military Police Detachment, Ft Lewis, WA. Tony always smiled. He was a genuine and caring person, who never hesitated to to carry out his duties and help others with theirs. The world lost someone who made it a better place today.

May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone,
May you always remember
When the shadows fall-
You do not walk alone.

It is with sad heart that we say farewell to one of brothers in arms. The tragic loss that ones family must now endure knowing that your shift has ended but you will not be coming home. To your fellow officers who must go on regardless, they will never forget you and you shall remain in their hearts forever.
