We were very sad to hear what happened to Trooper Radulescu. My brother and I both serve our community, I'm a Firefighter and my brother is a Federal Agent and we are originally from Romania. Tont was one of the finest humanbeings to ever don a uniform. He was in my unit at Ft Lerwis an excellent soldier, and anexcellent example to both his peers and subordinate. men of Ton's Natureand caliber are hard to comby an he will alwasy be remembered as one of my best troops. one of my most prized moment was wastching the enormous smile erupting on Tony's Face when his Badge Was Pinned on.

His Judgment Day:
The officer stood and faced his God, Which must always come to pass. He hoped his shoes were shinning, Just as brightly as his brass.
"Step forward now, Officer, How shall I deal with you? Have you always turned the other cheek To my church have you been true?"
The officer squared his shoulder and said, "No, Lord, I guess I aint, Because those of us who carry badges can't always be a saint.
I've had to work most Sundays, And at times my talk was rough, And sometimes I've been violent Because the streets are tough.
But I never took a penny That wasn't mine to keep.. Though I worked a lot of overtime, when the bills got too steep.
And I never passed a cry for help Though at times I shook with fear. And sometimes, God forgive me, I've wept an unmanly tear.
I know I don't deserve a place among the people here. They never wanted me around except to calm their fear.
If you've a place for me here, Lord, it needn't be so grand. I never expected or had too much, But if you don't...I'll understand.
There was silence all around the throne, where the saints often trod. As the officer waited quietly for the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, Officer. You've borne your burdens well. Come walk a beat on heaven's streets, You've done your time in hell"

Dear Tony, you make us Romanians so proud to be compatriots! God will have you in Heaven smiling now, and will have us here, continuing learning from your ways. Although you are gone, you created a precedent in the level of integrity, kindness, and love you poured into teaching, guiding, and keeping everyone safe. Your character will serve as an example for many people, in all walks of life.
I pray to you God, Please take care of Tony’s family for him!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Trooper Tony, his family & firends, and all those whose lives he touched. We have a growing community here near Bremerton, WA and don't know where we would be without our law enforcement officers and those who support them.
You will be missed here and may the Lord raise you up on eagle's wings so that you may continue to watch over us as an Angel in Heaven. Rest in Peace.

Dismay floods our hearts as we contemplate the tragedy repeatedly in our minds. We are angry this happened. We are dumb-struck at the fact the guilty person was ever given the opportunity to accomplish this evil act. We are stricken with grief for the family members who lost their loved one whom they were so proud of, and for the friends who knew him who will never get to enjoy another smiling conversation with him. For the families who didn't know him, but see his photo of dignity and honor and realize the loss they, too, have experienced from the senseless, baseless tragedy. Our heads mornfully bow in sacred prayer for these, and for the God of our trust to receive our plea to motivate the improvement of our justice system so that such criminal persons are no longer re-enstated rights enabling them to carry out such cruel harm to persons who contribute goodwill and promoted peace in our society. With the deepest most heartfelt offer of sympathy to all who knew and loved Trooper Tony Radulescu, our most loving respect and consideration.

Trooper Radulescu...from everything I've read it sounds like you were the "cop's cop" and a valuable asset to the citizens of Washington State and the United States. You chose to fight the good fight, and the one person's cowardly actions that took place against you will never make sense. Rest in Peace knowing you made a difference and paved the way for many future generations of great officers.
