Rest in Peace Special Deputy Sheriff C. Arthur Lyman. Thank You for your Service and Sacrifice protecting the citizens of Hennipen County, MN..
I Pray for Peace for your Family, Friends and the men and women of the Hennipen County Sheriff's Department. I also Pray that the hounds of hell forever pursue the scum that murdered you. May they know no peace in the after life. May their graves be infested with thorns and weeds. May they burn forever in the lake of fire!
Amen.

C. Arthur Lyman, prior to my retirement from the HCSO, we have dedicated a memorial at the Sheriff’s Patrol Division and in Sheriff’s Administration in your memory. You are remembered every year on May 15th. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten. “There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends.” (John 15:13 on National LE Memorial). God bless you and may you rest in peace.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 78th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
