St. Michael, Heavens's glorious Commisioner of Police, who once so neatly and successfully cleared God's premises of all its undesirables, look with kindly and professional eye on your earthly force.

Garret,
I was hoping I did not know you when I heard of your passing. Somehow I thought that might make it easier. However, when I saw your photograph I realized that I did, we were in the same APEC training group. We shared some laughs and small talk, although I never introduced myself formally. I will remember you as a friendly, decent person that was easy to talk too and I'm sure that others will remember you the same way. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten.
