Bill, the citizens of Maricopa County lost a dedicated and professional lawman today. I had the pleasure and honor to work with you on the apprehension of a vehicle theft suspect. You were one of the good ones Bill and you will be greatly missed by everyone who knew you. Rest in peace brother and we'll meet again in Heaven.
To your family, I pray that God will comfort them during this time of tremendous loss.
