The Park Rangers at Mount Rainier are so enhtusiastic and professional. I have worked woth some of the Park's employees as our Ranger District shares a common boundary with Mount Rainier. Although I have never met Ranger Anderson, I feel like we lost a great person today. Rest in Peace Ranger Anderson. I pray for her family and hope they catch this person soon without further loss of life.

It breaks my heart to read of yet another law enforcement individual lost in the line of service. As always I wish word could make this time easier. I'm afraid all I have are the warmest of thoughts to offer this family. I hope in time perhaps this little saying may bring some comfort...
“Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.”
