May Officer Lewis lie asleep in the arms of the Lord, until we are all reunited in his presence. Officer Lewis was a brave man who was called by God to serve his fellow citizens as a Police Officer. Greater love has no man, than to lay down his life for another. May the assailants face judgment before man. May God Bless the family of Clifton Lewis.

I had the honor of working in the same district as Officer Lewis and from my brief interactions with him throughout the average day the one impression I got from him was that he was truly a great guy. Great laugh, great smile. I know I will miss that. A huge loss for CPD and just a tremendous loss for those who were close to him. Keep his family and co- workers in prayer.
