Reflections for Sergeant Michael Andrew Boehm
Mikey,
Heaven wasn't ready for you a couple of months ago, but you now have been called upon to watch our "6". I will miss hearing you go out over the radio in your take home en route to work, while assisting one of our fellow law enforcement agencies (maybe to cover for running a little late)? Your professionalism, work ethic, and integrity are without question. It was an honor working with you and my thoughts and prayers are with your wife, son, and family. You will be missed!

You served with honor and integrity, Mike, and you will always be in our hearts. We'll take good care of your family and will do our best to live up to the example you set. May the angels carry you to a place where you can watch over your brothers and sisters in blue you left behind. You are missed.

My family and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to the family, friends, co-workers, and agency of Sergeant Boehm, a warrior who has been taken from us far too soon. We will carry on for you...

One visits this memorial to honor our Brothers and Sisters; we leave words of fondness, love, sympathy, and rememberence, to these fallen Warriors, from agencies far and wide -
However, when one visits this memorial for a fallen friend; it is a personal sadness, not set aside.
I hoped to never vistit this memorial for a friend again, yet tonight, I visit it for you, Mike. Today I honor another Warrior who has touched my life, and the lives of so many others. Much like Hakeem, you had a way about you that was so inviting - his smile - your caring - so much I have learned from you both.
I am sad tonight; yet I am proud - proud to have known you, proud to have learned from you, and proud to have served with you. Your character, honor, and integrity, will follow me through my days with the Force, and you will always be remembered.
To Mikes family and friends, my deepest sympathies and prayers - know that his mark has been left - on me, and many, many others. Mikes legacy will live on through all of us - I am blessed to have been touched by such a great man.
