You have my prayers with you and your family. Those of you may not notice, but there's people out there that RISK their lives for others. Willing to give up their own life for yours. They aren't called heroes, they are called "human". And for somebody with the god's grace to take another life is worthless, ignorant, and just disrespect. Those of you who have no sympathy is those who will soon become sympathetic, not now but when they lose one of their own. They will realize who to call to proceed in their situation. Life as we know it may seem so hard. But, in the long-run it is only going to get harder. We have to fight for our country, top to bottom, left to right. And with man we can do greater things than mankind. "We has part of the United States must rise again, we must help one another instead of putting others down. We must stand tall while others sit. We must become again as a whole nation. WE ARE AMERICA!"

Toronto Police

I have recieved this sad notification today as I sit at my desk assigning cases to my detectives. I am very saddened for this loss even though i never met John. I think he must have been a very good man and he will now leave behind a good family. I only hope that his friends and peers do not forget the sacrafice John gave. He shall surely be missed by many. Another good man gave his all in the final hours of his watch. My thought and prayers go to his family and his department - so very sorry for your tragic loss.

John was a great person, friend, soldier, and cop. Having served in the military with John, I became immediate friends with him and always remember his desire to be a cop when his enlistment was up. He absolutely loved hid job and will be missed by his brothers and sisters in arms. From those of us that served with you in the 534th MP Company STRAF, Rest Well Brother!
