To D.S. Rice's Wife and 2 Children:
I am so incredibly sorry for this to have happend to you and your children. There are no words that will comfort. My heart cries for all of you. Please try your hardest to be strong, I'm sure he would want it that way. I can relate to what you are going thru. People will say to me that you'll come out of this stronger, and I used to hate that after hearing it so many times. Now I realize that people were correct. You will definately feel Roger's presence around you. Again I am so sorry...

To Deputy Sheriff Rice:
Thank you for keeping the public safe. I am so sorry that this had to take you so young. Please be there for your family, make your presence known, I know you can do it!
I salute you, Sir. GodSpeed.
