For a follower of Jesus Christ, the Bible tells us that "to be
absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." Praise
Jesus you were ready spiritually to meet Him! May the Lord
comfort your families, at work and at home, and all those
who loved you as only He can. Thank you for your service!
Gone too soon!

I never dreamed it would be me,
My name for all eternity,
Recorded here at this hallowed place,
Alas my name, no more my face.
"In the line of duty," I hear them say;
My family now the price will pay.
My folded flag stained with their tears;
We only had those few short years.
The badge no longer on my chest,
I sleep now in eternal rest
My sword I pass to those behind,
And pray they keep this thought in mind.
I never dreamed it would be me,
And with heavy heart and bended knee;
I ask for all here from the past,
Dear God, let my name be the last.

My heart goes out to all of the officers who have given their lives for the sake of others. We in Ontario have just buried one of our own on Tuesday, killed by a 15 year old who stole a car and panicked when caught. All emergency services personell deserve our respect, admiration and support, no matter what service or country they belong to. I am so sorry for your loss and hope your family finds some peace and comfort in the outporing of sympathy from your friends, family and the public.

I was Tim's primary FTO and we argued everyday. He made me a better FTO because you had to know the answers to his questions. He knew, we had common ground which is our first impressions are usually terrible. I found this quote and wanted to share with all of you. Keep it in mind while on your tour of duty. Tim is too stubborn to rest, he is probably shagging calls in Heaven right now!!!!

Sooooo sad, rest in peace brother. Sadly DV calls are the most dangerous for us. All I can ask for is that we stay sharp and alert when responding to these types of calls.......If Ofc. Warren incident saves just one of us it is well worth it!!
