Rest in Peace Kyle, you are an awesome person. You were a great firefighter and officer. Kyle is one of the few people that you can dig as deep as you can and find no faults. He would do anything for you. He was an inspiration on every level to everyone around him. Loved being a cop, loved being a firefighter, words can't express his love for his wife and future child. The world is a more empty place without you brother. You will always be my HERO! My deepest prayers to your wife and family.
You will be missed. You can keep us safe from above. Thanks for just being here.

Thank you for your heroism and bravery. Without law enforcement officers as yourself, we would live in a world that we do not want to be in. For your service to our country and to the citizens of Berks County, thank you is just a small token of our appreciation. May all of your commrades in arms along with family and friends know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
God Bless

My son and I had the privilege of meeting Deputy Pagerly at a community K9 demonstration last summer. He was a class act and was nothing but the best in promoting his trade and his department. Although I only met him that day he will leave an impression on me and my son forever. Thank you.

I am very saddened to hear about this loss. Kyle was a wonderful classmate and a very dedicated person to everything he was involved in including the fire company. Kyle even came to my husband's rescue when his car broke down in Wernersville and even though everything was taken care of, Kyle wanted to make sure that we were ok and did not need his assistance. That was Kyle, always above and beyond. My heart and prayers go out to his wife and family. May god bless and keep you strong even during the hardest moments.
