I am not associated with any law enforcement agency of any kind...I am just a mom, a resident of Berks County, PA and a den leader for a group of cub scouts....I am heartbroken at Kyle's death. The children of our community, especially our boys & young men, have lost an extraordinary role model and friend. Kyle (and his fellow deputies) gave unselfishly of his time and expertise to visit and talk to my cub scouts multiple times over the last several years. It is an unspeakable loss to our community, because his life had such impact on so many people and he probably didn't even realize it. God Bless him and his family and may he rest in peace.

Avenue of the Fallen

Standing at attention in their class “A“ uniforms, badges gleaming and shoes like glass, are your brothers and sisters of Law Enforcement. All of whom have previously paid the ultimate price.
Today, like many others, they welcome you to this wonderful place. As you march down the Avenue of the Fallen, all eyes focus on you as if to say its ok you’re with your eternal partners. A salute is followed and a tear can be seen on so many faces.
Welcome, you served well.
Now come join us in the ranks, another is coming home.
