For Trooper Adam M. Bowen:

No call is more important to a law officer than that of learning a comrade is in trouble. The response time to such a call has a priority commensurate with one's own expectation of the arrival of help. And, sometimes only seconds determine the final outcome. It is with regret that we learn that Adam died while responding to aid a fellow law officer. In a perfect world this incident would never occur. Reality is as harsh. Only those who have awaited the arrival of immediate assistance, be it another law officer, or anyone else, have a profound understanding of such circumstances.

We pray for Adam's family, friends, co-workers and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.

We are proud to render a final salute to Trooper Adam Bowen, a soldier-of-the-law.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)
Pennsylvania State Police

My heros wear no numbers on their jerseys or on their racecars. They don't walk a red carpet with cameras to catch their every step. They don't sit in V.I.P. or get asked for their autograph.
They are citizens who choose jobs that most would not dare to take since their lives are on the line daily.

My heartfelt condolences to those who knew and loved Trooper Bowen, my heart also breaks for those whose lives he touched and or affected.

My sincere thanks to our men and women of Law Enforcement.

God Bless
