To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 4th anniversary year of your death. I am privileged to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.
My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.
We will never forget any of our 9/11 heroes.

Corey and I were in the same Academy class back in 1990. He was always great to be around and always made us laugh. I just found out about your passing and memories of the laughs we shared in the Academy came flooding back. Always a gentleman....always a team player.....forever will be missed.

Det Diaz,
I was assigned as a Sergeant in the Narcotics Division and I got to know you through your assignment at ISD. You truly held the keys to the palace and supported the troops in our duties. We got the job done day in and out from the top to the bottom. I am proud to have worked beside you and your family should be proud of your achievements and the life that you lived. You were a professional who was extremely competent and a good guy. R.I.P. May God Bless you and those you left behind.
