Your heroism and service is honored today, the 77th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.

Officer Hobbs, I wish to thank you for your dedicated service in helping to protect one of America’s greatest assets, its railroads. My Dad spent a number of years working for the New York Central, five of which as a Police Officer and I know the risks involved and appreciate the work you did. I also thank you for your time as a member of the United States Army.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
