To my brothers and sisters at the Warren County Sheriff's Office, Lebanon PD, OSP, and other responding jurisdictions, know that you did everything that you could yesterday to help Brian. He will miss you as much as you will him. He will watch over and protect all of us now. Remember to rely on your brothers and sisters to help you through this tragic time.

There are no words to numb the pain, or enough flowers to cover ache, or well-wishes from others to make it easier to understand the harshness of what another human being brought to your home.

Brian was an exceptional person, as they all are; for doing the job. That exceptional person is who we as spouses fall in love with. These are just a few of the many memories you must hold to your heart over the next several grueling days.
