Andy I was honored to be your friend, our Fathers worked together and we had so much in common. I know that Tom and Wendy were so proud of you when you became a Trooper. It was wonderful to see you doing the things you enjoyed in life and watching you grow and develop through the years. I would listen to you speak and hear your Fathers voice at times. I wish so much, things like this would never happen to us. Now when I hear the thunder I can be reminded of you on that motorcycle. We will see you again in a better way and better day. May God bless your family and help them through these hard times.

Andy, you were one of the greatest friends I could have ever asked for. You were an asset to the THP and to the community.
