Officer Hall, though off duty you heard a situation where someone may have needed help. Giving consideration to that, you went to investigate and sadly it cost you your life. Though I am glad that one of those involved was ‘caught’, I am angered that the other got away while you were taken from your co-workers and loved ones. We can only hope the other person is caught as well, one way or another. Your selfless act makes you a hero.
God Bless and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

MAN, D...WE WERE PARTNERS FOR A SHORT WHILE, BUT I HAVE A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES. I WAS SAD TO HEAR GOD CALLED YOU HOME, BUT I FEL COMFORT IN KNOWING YOU'RE IN A BETTER PLACE. YOU HAD THE BIGGEST HEART AND WAS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEEDED A "BIG" LIFT. YOUR ADVICE AND RESPECT I HELD CLOSE TO MY HEART. WE HAD OUR TIFFS AND DRAMA LIKE ONLY BROTHERS DO, AND ALL I CAN SAY IS I WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD. I'M STILL HURTING MAN, BUT I'LL HAVE YOUR BACK FOREVER BRO. YOU ALWAYS KEPT IT "100" AND I'M VERY GLAD TO HAVE KNOWN YOU IN MY LIFE. THIS WORLD WASN'T BIG ENOUGH FOR YOU MAN AND MAY YOU REST IN PEACE. I LOVE YOU BIG HOMIE...
