THIS HAS BEEN AN VERY DEADLY YEAR FOR COPS IN AMERICA. SOMEHOW THE STATE OF ARKANSAS HAS AVOIDED THAT FACT...UNTIL NOW. I HATE TO HEAR THAT DEATH HAS VISITED OUR RANKS.
