I still remember when you a Reserve Officer with DHS PD and I let you drive a black and white for the first time. I remember how we sat code 5 on a GTA. That has to be the shortest pursuit i have ever been involved in. No sooner then I called out we were in pursuit, you got the unit stuck in the sand and high centered the unit on a very large piece of concrete. Still don't know how you didn't see it. I will forever cherish the friendship we have shared for the last 10 years. RIP my brother!

I am deeply touched in that I lost a son Jermaine's age just before entering the police academy. Death in the line of duty is common to heros of our nation and make it what it still is today. I pray for his widow and for the infant who will not know his father up close and personal. May he benefit from a good and godly legacy.
