My heart is saddened at the death of Neil Justus. I first met Neil when he was a sixth grade student. He had such a beautiful smile. His eyes lit up and sparkled when he smiled. He was such an impressionable young man, and I was very proud of the man he had grown up to be. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and his fellow officers.
