Fred, from the football tailgates we enjoyed together to the call for service where you volunteered to go with me to the top of the skyscraper that was under construction to get the bad guy, i'll miss you my friend. You were one great Police Officer but an even better man. I pray that your wife and family will find comfort in the days to come knowing you are at peace in Heaven with the Lord.

My heart TRULY goes out to the loss of this dedicated Law Enforcement man. My Son is a Deputy in Tift County (Tifton), GA. I currently live in Savannah, GA. There is not a day that goes by that I "dread" the kind of call you received. THANKFULLY....it has not happened! As families of Law Enforcement personnell....we are ALL in this together.
