It was a pleasure working with you Trena. You were one of my first Supervisors when I arrived at Temecula in ‘96. You always had a smile on your face. You never left an abandoned animal you found on the side of the road. You always made a place for them in your home.
You were always a pleasure to be around and you made the job fun during the times when it wasn't. You will truly be missed.
Rest In Peace, Trena.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the third anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. I pray for solace for all those who called you beloved for I know both the pain and pride are forever.
Rest In Peace.

Trena,
You were one of a kind. I worked with you up till your medical retirement. I spent 9 months on a task force with you that was some of the best years of my career. You are missed and were loved. Rest in peace Trena and watch over us who continue the fight.

You were gone before I got here so I never knew you, and I'm sorry for it. All of the senior staff however remember you and speak volumes about your character and humor-- you are missed.
