This information on this site related to this Officers muder stirs us into vigilance and remorse. As shift One Supervisor I made a second Conference call because of this news, reminding my Correctional staff of Officer Jaymee L. Biendl.

May your memories of Officer Beindl be of her life and her will to ensure the public was safe from the ruthless, murderes we house everyday in our facilities. Correctional staff are the unsung heroes in Law Enforcement.

My deepest sympathies for you, your family, and your co-workers. You did a job that many people would be terrified to do. Working alone surrounded my convicted inmates takes a special person. You are a hero. Its my hope that some good will come from this horrible tragic incident.

We do a job nobody else wants, we get locked up willingly everyday so that society can be safe. It is a thankless job but we do it with pride and with honor because it needs to be done. My thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Biendl's family in this time of tragic loss. Never forget the fallen for they have paid the ultimate price. Officer Biendl you will not be forgotten for the job that you did and the price that you paid. R.Meek

I just wanted express my thoughts and prayers to this fallen Officer, her family, and the Department. I am a criminal justice student that is working towards a career in law enforement, and it breaks my heart to hear of heroes lost in the line of duty. I will be at the National Memorial in DC, and will hold hold a cnadle for her, and all law enforement killed in the line of duty.
