Your heroism and service is honored today, the 94th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Your memory will always be honored and revered as time never diminishes respect.

I am the grandson of RB. My father was Harry Eversole. I was born in 1955 so I never knew my grandfather. I remember a picture of him that hung in our house, of him sitting on his horse. He was wearing a long trench coat with his badge pinned on.
As a child, I can remember looking at that picture and wishing I could be him. Even though we had never met, he was still my hero.
Having never met him, I still loved him. RIP my grandpa!

Robert Eversole (known as RB) was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Eversole. Survivors include his mother, Nancy Bowling Eversole, his wife, Armilda Hacker Eversole, 8 children, 4 married and 4 still at home: Zilphia Wagner, Harry, Laura Tinch, McKinley, Logan, Julia, Nancy, Clark, and 4 grandchildren..........RB did not get to finish raising his family. His children had another 50 grandkids that he never laid eyes on. His wife Armilda did not remarry. He was and is greatly missed.
