Rest in Peace me friend and fellow brother. May God give your family peace and comfort during this very difficult time. You are a hero. You did your job well. I pray for justice to be served in this case and I am so very glad one of your attackers has already been dealt with.
Now go walk the streets of gold. You have earned it.

My heart and prayers go out to the family of Officer Maguire, the Officers of Woburn and the State of Massachusetts. The loss of any Police Officer is unacceptable. These men and women put on their badge daily to PROTECT & SERVE. The 99% of good citizens applaud and appreciate, the 1% of the scumbags who live outside the law are the problem they fight against. I live in San Leandro, California, and we lost 4 Officers in Oakland on the same day two years ago. The wound never heals. May our Lord watch over and protect his family as he always has. May justice be carried out to the full extent of the law on all three killers. RIP in Peace Officer Maguire.

Officer Maguire, I can think of no news story more important than the loss of a Police Officer while performing his duties. I find it unfortunate that the current weather conditions are overshadowing your sacrifice, but that's how the news media works. The snow affects everyone, your death, only those that know and love you, and indirectly all of us in your extended family. Little do people know or care that, in ways they may not even imagine, your murder has a BIG impact on everyone.
The Woburn Police Dept. and especially the Maguire family are in my prayers. Rest in Peace, Brother, you've earned it.

When the hurt is hard to bear -
May love become your shelter,
And may the beauty of precious memories be your comfort.
Rest in peace Office Maguire.
