I read where the vicious murderer of this hero was only sentenced to 360 months in Club Fed. The sentence, if left to me would be an eye for an eye. Regardless of my feelings, my thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends and co-workers of Agent Terry. Please take comfort in the fact that Brian will NEVER be forgotten and will FOREVER be a hero!

May God grant comfort to the family and friends of Mr. Terry. May we NEVER forget Brian Terry. May we NEVER forget those who are responsible for his death, and the shame brought on our entire nation by their actions, and lack of actions.
Life sentence is not punishment for these people, it's a reward. Until the punishment begins to deter the crime, it will continue to worsen. WAKE UP AMERICA

To hear our President say that this and the other tragedy's our nation has been thru are " phony scandals" makes me physically ill. Our people are dead to say this is phony is an insult to the families . Mr & Mrs Terry I am so sorry that after your loss you need to hear disheartening comments like this from our leader. Please remember the majority of your countryman do not believe it is a "phony scandal" and we feel it is shameful & insulting to you & your family. Your family is in my prayers.

Agent Brian A. Terry: A True American Hero
While the cowardly facilitators of your murder want to sweep you and the circumstances surrounding your sacrifice under the rug, please know that you will NEVER be forgotten.
As a former border patrol agent who was born/raised in Downriver, and also worked for a Downriver police department, I think of you as a long lost brother. I mourn your loss and think of your family frequently.
While your death was senseless, it helped expose one of the greatest threats to liberty and our nation.
Never forget Brian A. Terry, Fast & Furious, and all the traitors.

Brian, though I never knew you personally, you were one of America's sons, deserving of our deepest respect and gratitude for your honorable military service and career as an Arizona Border Patrol Officer. You will never be forgotten, nor those that are responsible for your murder and continue to walk about freely. Whether in this life or the next, they will be held accountable. May you rest in peace, and may we never take our freedom for granted and remain ever vigilant of those who come to steal it, like thieves and cowards in the night. May you know the peace of Jesus and may He comfort your family in their times of grief.

"Soldier Boy"
Life liberty and happiness
These are the things we believe
Our brothers die, our friends get hurt, and our fathers even bleed
When the cry for help is heard, they are the first to turn and look
Their deeds of courage and of valor shall never be printed in a book
They stand the watch against the things we fear, Never asking why
They fight the battle that can’t be won not knowing if they’ll die
When the fight begins their only thought is of family
Of those they’ve left behind and of little ones soon to be
They stand and run into the fray looking from side to side
Praying to God that their best pal is still by their side
The battle over, the war not won, tired and bereaved
He cry’s aloud that he’s still there, not sure what that means
Heavens door opens wide the clouds of misery
“So that others might live” is their motto, their cry, their decree
No medals of valor or ribbons of red could ever take their place, God himself has blessed, their final resting place
Love them well these soldier boys, raise a silent cheer
Let them know every day how we hold them dear
Hears to the, “the soldier”, the young and the old
God Bless all the mothers, who gave you heart and soul.

May his sole rest in peace and know this; he's now paroling the gates to heaven. That scumbag who pleaded guilty to first-degree murder is only facing life in prison as stated during his formal sentencing hearing; he should fry, or better yet hang him at Florance AZ!

There is not a strong enough word in our language to express regret regarding the loss of human life.
Whether it is a military action or a police action, one rule is paramount: ALWAYS EMPLOYEE EXCESSIVE FORCE.
Unfortunately that was not the case for Brian Terry. An investigation is warranted.
